You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with planning and coordinating media productions such as studio setup, camera coordination, audio checks, lighting arrangements and professional video planning. You must not upload or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise unlawful. You must not attempt to interfere with the site’s security, scrape content at scale, or use automated tools to access restricted areas. Any breach may result in immediate suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where the site allows account creation or submission of production plans, schedules or media assets you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content. medianestix may review, refuse or remove submissions that breach these terms. You grant medianestix a non-exclusive licence to store and process submitted material solely for the purpose of delivering the requested workflow support.

All text, graphics, workflow templates and other material on the site are owned by medianestix or its licensors. You may view and download material for your own internal production planning but must not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent. Trademarks belonging to medianestix may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

The site may reference third-party tools or platforms used in media production. Such references do not constitute endorsement and medianestix accepts no responsibility for the availability, accuracy or practices of those third parties.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under United Kingdom law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, medianestix’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to medianestix in the twelve months preceding the claim. medianestix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits, data or business opportunity.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold medianestix harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from any content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the alternative dispute resolution provisions applicable in the United Kingdom.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
